At Pet Pulse Point  customer satisfaction is very important to us. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Items may be returned within 7/14/30 days of purchase.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened food, treats, grooming products, and personalized items are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within [5–10 business days].

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order details.
